This is due to a couple of things....
Some people are to lazy to rename files
Some people like to decieve you by placing porn in a kids movie
Some people like to delibratley mislead you into downloading crap....
The best way to find out what a file contains is by using Bitzi if it's not rated don't download it, not until you get the hang of what you know would be fake and what's not...
To use Bitzi...
right click on a file you are interested in
go to Advanced
and select look file up with Bitzi...
