Are you sure.... SURE... That you don't have a LOCAL AREA NETWORK problem ?
The 192.x.x.x IPs you mention are not external.
And, muy importante... WHAT AV and/or Anti-Dataminer software are you using ?
AND, EVEN MORE Important... Maybe... Is your connection 'Dynamic' or 'Static'?
The 192.x.x.x numbers you mention refer to YOUR machine and perhaps others conncted to your Local Area Network... LAN...
The other IP numbers relate to your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
It is the latter numbers that will be the problem, UNLESS you are one of others on a LAN/router connection where you must all have distinct addresses. If you are 'sharing' - trying to - one of the "192.x.x.x numbers - than, you got probs...
If your "Preferred DNS Server"
& "Alternate DNS Server" details are not correct---- nada gonna happen !
