Try searching some free download sites for mp4 converters...there are probably a few free ones out there (Super was mentioned)

BTW, before you try to download any programs from Limewire, you might want to do yourself a favor and see if there is a freeware/shareware version of the program. You may try the software and find out it isn't what you're looking for in the first place, and you can download it more safely this way. (You may even find out what size file you should expect for this program )
