I'll admit I'm quite ignorant when it comes to this stuff but I'm losing my mind!! Everything has been working for at least a year and now all of a sudden I get one bar and won't completely connect. The weird thing is that I'm the Administrator and I can't connect and two other family members do connect on their screens (we have Windows XP). Absolutely nothing has changed on our computer except for that. I also get a message every time I open Pro that states some song was corrupted and to send a copy of the report. No matter I do I can't get rid of the message. Please help!!
