Try one of the file recovery tools mentioned here. I haven't used any myself but a few people have had good results from Restoration
Deleting files from LW library - Don't!! File recovery advice

LW versions 4.13.0 onwards (these are Beta versions) will send files to the recycle bin if you accidentally delete from LW's library.
