If the email address matches the one from your Pro confirmation email, the two most common reasons that the Pro support doesn't recognize an email are that the six months of support has expired, or that a user was scammed into buying the free version from another site and only *thought* they had Pro.
Check the thread about the scammers (some got their money back)
