You said your internet connection is good...what about LW's connection to the network? Is LW fully connected?

If LW's not connected properly, check through this forum section. There are heaps of threads about connection issues with Vista. Make sure you have Java 1.6 & if you're using McAfee, you might need to uninstall some of it's components
