I bought PRO about 2 years ago. I have the 4.9 Version. I got married in the meantime and changed my email address, now can't remember what email I used when I bought PRO, and you can't Email SUPPORT or upgrade without this OLD email address.....What a rip off! After paying for something, you ought to be able to get some kind of support for the product!
I just did a XP recovery....because all my 3000 music downloads were corrupt.....now I have to start over. In Options...I click on Library...and even though I choose the folder I want to share...it just keeps going back to configure......anyone have any advise?
