Is LW only starting when your computer starts, or is it popping up by itself all the time? If it's only the once, when you start the computer, try deleting LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See points 2 & 3 below for instructions.

This will kill all your settings within options, you'll have to go back thru & reset things afterwards.
