I've had varied download speeds with different connections. Modem seems to be the slowest, but there is no consistancy or clear leader among the rest. Then again I've seen blazing speeds from a modem connection that outperformed T3. I think it's a random and arbitrary linkage of plumbing between points A and B and server congestion that determines the speed more than phone line type. And perhaps wind direction in Boulder (or something equally inexplicable) also contributes. The fastest speed I've ever seen was over 200. I have not seen that since "upgrading". Rarely above 80 now. I agree with RyanMan. The developers are a bunch of Chicken ****s!!!!
