i no exactly wots up and ive tried everything but i cant sort it any help wud be really good.

i think i have a virus in my incomplete dowloads files as i cant open it, i cant delete it, and when i run i virus scan it cant go past my incomplete download file, when every i try any of the above i get the message 'windows explorer has encounted a proplem and must close do u want to send an error report' and all that crap any ideas any one wud be ace thx in advance.
