You should use the same username and password that you use to login into your verizon email account.
If that doesn't work, try username:
admin, password:
password or try username:
admin, password:
admin.
If that fails, don't be afraid to call tech support. They can reset your password for you and tell you what it is. Most of the time when you call you get a level one technician who just reads prompts from a screen. They're not much good if you have a real problem, but they can get your password for you
