If it's someone you're downloading from, or who's downloading from you, right click on the file > browse host. Browsing's a bit unreliable though, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 goes before it works & sometimes it just doesn't work at all

If you know their IP address, you can try direct connecting to them. For this to work, both of you should have chat enabled & not be firewalled (ie not have the brick wall icon showing).
