They shouldn't be going to your program folder. The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared.

To change it, just open LW and go to Tools>Options>Saving, and use the browse button to navigate to the folder you want. Select it and click apply. If you ever want to change it back just click the use default button.
