The old Acq forum was shut down, and I haven't noticed it back up again.

I recall something about the regulars using iChat, so maybe the contacts on http://www.newsfirex.com/blog/ might help with your questions about resuming incompletes.

LW isn't able to resume incompletes from another program, and although Acq uses the LimeWire core, IIRC Acq used it's own indexes for keeping track of the incomplete pieces. If those got corrupted, there's little hope of getting those files to complete.
