Try this first, if no joy post your details.
It could be the License warning thing.
Just have a look,
Go, Tools/Options/Searching/Basic, it says, "Show License Warning"
Untick the box if you don't want to filter out copyright Files.

This option is enabled at setup, The choice is your decision.
Do a test to see if search resolts improve.
You can reverse this change at any time.
