Hi sam-ez,
Java 1.3.1 is a reeeaalllly old one! If you're using a recent version of LW, try the latest Java 6 & use the JRE offline installer. Remove any old versions of Java before installing the new one

When you install LW, make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one).
