If you have an mp3 player you can use it to transfer your songs to your new pc. Better yet would be an external hdd. You could use it to transfer any files including programs like LW. Though if you have a virus you'd have to make sure you didn't transfer the virus over with your files.
Another way would be to copy all your files to a cd and use them to load the files to your new pc, but if you have a large number of files that way may not be practical.
For LW, unless you have a Pro version and your 6 months has run out. You can just d/load the program again from:
http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml. If not you'll need to copy it to a disc to move it.
Windows has a Files and Settings Transfer Wizard, but you still need a hdd or disc to move the files with. See this post for more info:
