Sorry crussher--I'm out of easy solutions why your java isn't working. If java won't work, trying to find a problem with LimeWire is impossible. If Phex, http://www.phex.org/mambo/ another java application also doesn't work, then I can only think of the drastic step of reinstalling the system.
