Check the options here Fixes for Limewire. For Java that means uninstalling your present Java & reinstalling using only the 'Offline' version.

If you have problems installing LW, then see Download ‘Other’ version & simply unzip & use! but uninstall LW first by going to Start menu > Programs > LW > Uninstall
