So I think we might have a look into your modem/router, if you have a look underneath it will say it's a Bellsouth ???, I need a model number...
Also you didn't have to delete your McAfee, that fix is generally just for the Vista users..
So we might have to have a look at what current firewalls you are using at the moment...
Check to see if you still have McAfee and check to see if you have the windows firewall activated....
