Your link is either not working, or it's been censored. Can you tell us what message you're getting? Does it say something about not having the necessary codecs to play the file? If that's it, check below for links to codec packs. I've used the XP Codec Pack for WMP. Or you could try VLC player...it's free, with codecs installed.
