Javarun.exe, Javaw.exe are both Sun java virtual machines integral parts.

Some clever guys figured people running legit Java apps gives already access to those 2, coded World's first java spyware/referrer abuser reading the current URL you are on than gave to your hands.

I know pros/cons of adwares but never like this time I got mad. Anyway I bet you will read those on news soon I bet.

I am not suggesting any action, just block it. This time, limewire will lose access to internet too. Again, VERY clever limewire folks but you copied that idea from old Cydoor eh? ;-)

Use another client?

I don't know what javaw.exe does either, but it has something to do with either topmoxie or Cydoor, the ad-engine for the banners in Limewire. Cydoor, however, SUPPOSEDLY only runs (connects to the internet to get ads), when you are using Limewire.

I'd appreciate a LIMEWIRE response to this question also. I have done some searches on these two exe's and have found only suspicion.

If a program is going to access the internet (especially when you're not using limewire), the LW programmers SHOULD KNOW what it is doing, and have no qualms about disclosing this.
