We found out some more information on this.
Here it is, in the spirit of full disclosure...
The file in question is a script file that detects whether the version of the Microsoft JVM required by our software is installed on the user's machine. If not, then we provide the user with an option to download it. It also checks for installed versions of our software so that we do not run multiple instances.
There is nothing malicious in the script. However, Norton AntiVirus does not make distinctions between "friendly" scripts and viruses - it treats all scripts as the same. We have modified our software accordingly and all versions of Limeshop from this point forward will have the modifications.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. And we would like to emphasize again that the software did not contain a virus, it was only mistakenly labeled as such.
