when i had nothing going on the net and nothing initiating a download, the peerguardian blocked a few ips going from my computer to ibms, or whatever and this was also with frostwire closed, but overall this is amazing and easy to setup and use... and i thought it needed to act as a server but no, nothing at all, no connect to the net except for updating of course, but it works flawlessly thru comodo firewall... overall 5/5.

edit: by the way, i noticed my downloads increase in speed and also the uploads started instantaneously and upload speed look steadier.. oh and also peerguardian block http stuff from frostwire, odd tho... i just have only bad ips in red shoing and https blocks in yellow, read as in WARNING and yellow as in CAUTION.. and there are few for the first time..
