I rang Tiscali about this and they asked me loads of tech questions they have tested my line and found nothing wrong, they say they will retest this, i suspect that they are just trying to fob me off as big companies normally do, i have already told the tech bloke that if it isnt sorted in 2 weeks that i will cancel my direct debit and that they can take me to court and i will then tell the court why i am not paying. Why should i give them my money every month for 4 hours service this is the amount of time i can connect for everyday that is providing i connect at 8am. The thing is i dont download a lot from Limewire and when i rang them they said there was no notes on my account to say that i do. Apart from this Tiscali are ok |
