1. OS version? WIN XP SP2
2. What firewalls you have?Win Defender , I have AVG and Spyware Detector I Don’t know if they could all of a sudden start blocking or have any blocking properties to them in the 1st place
3. How much ram? 1.6GHz 504 MB RAM
4. Hard Disk space available? 13 GB listed as free on the defrag screen (I didn’t know where to look and I’m not good at this)
5. Connection type? ISD
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? I don’t know EMBARQ sent it to me, I’m using a LINKSYS Router for wifi also
7. Where are you trying to connect from? home 8. What version of Lime Wire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. LW 4.12.3 JAVA 1.6.0_01
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? Earthlink

12. Is this a 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. Not new, I have been a user for about 6 months. On or about May 18th it just quit working. 13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes As for # 14 I’m so sorry I can’t understand it. I went to sticky’s link and read it, followed it as much as I could. They… LINKSYS and Sprint… had me change so many things when I did the setup for security about a year ago I don’t remember how to get back into it and I honestly am afraid to mess with it.
