9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? not sure

11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. i stay in hotels. on a wireless network. i talked to the front desk they said limewire should not be blocked, its a problem on my end.
