do you mean moving it to another computer?
if so, copy the content of the folder to a usb key or usb hard disk or DVD , and copy back to the new computer, on the folder pointed by limewire

if you meant another account on the same computer, just move to a folder that is shared in all accounts, possibly on the same partition so that it will only need to move the pointers to the files
