errrr...of course...

simply connect the device to your computer via the usb cable...then when it is detected go to My Computer and double click on the device and it will open up as if it is a HDD..then open up another window and go to your downloads folder...at this point you will have 2 windows open..move the windows so you can clearly see both of them, then simply drag and drop files from your saved folder into the device and they will be copied over...simple...
