Hello, Hope someone help. I have downloaded a song and saved it to one of those 1GB portable drives in order to put the song on my laptop in order to use in a powerpoint presentation. I'm unable to open the file on laptop using Windows Media or RealPlayer. Error says it is either incorrect file type or there was a "CODEC" in the file that is unrecognizable. I've tried to figure out but have no clue. I am running out of time. HELP PLEASE!
