You might need to install some codecs onto your laptop...
If you are using XP this pac is good... Download XP Codec Pack 2.0.7.1 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most complete codec pack
If you are using Vista try this pac... Vista Codec Package v4.4.5 (freeware)
