there is a file i dloaded and i tried to delete it because it didnt open and it says file is in use or being downloaded. then i also go into where my files are stored and try to delete it it says the file name would be too long for the destination folder you can shorten the name or try a location that has a shorter path. also its a jpg file

any suggestion?
