Most of the ISP's in UK shape or block p2p bandwidth. I presume when you posted above it was from home right? I did an ISP check upon your ip address & it pointed to Tiscali. Which suggests that Tiscali is the owner of Homecall. I thought Homecall rang a bell when I saw it.
