If you can, probably very slowly. You could try another gnutella program to see if it's only LW they have shaped or else it's gnutella network; try this one: Phex to see if you have the same problems. It's a good program, some nice additions LW doesn't have. But it's perhaps not as intuitively easy to use until you get the hang of it.
