Cattac, Go to View > ShowHide > Click on connections. Checkand see if you are hooked up with these IPs.

204.11.219.225

If so filter them out. Go to Tools > Options > Filters > Hosts Add Hit Apply and OK. Also noticed your Java . That version is giving some people trouble. You might rollback to version JRE 1.5.11 . Hope this helps
