Just got a new hp with vista, limewire starts up and downloads at like 550k/sec for about a minute, then slows down to around 10-20k/sec and stays there till i exit limewire and start it again. please help it's driving me crazy. it's not my modem or connection cause that always is fast. is this still a firewall problem or a setting or something?
