I couldn't install the regular free LW (kept going round and round with installation and then I'm back in the same spot again.). So today I bought the Pro. same thing happens. I started to install, it shows that it's installing, shows installation is finished - then it goes right back to : Installing LW (that page with all the check marks of what each subscription offers.).

Ugh. I'm getting irratated. Anyone know what I'm talking about or is this just me. If I can't get this thing going, I guess I'll be going back to yahoo - even tho LW has much more music to choose from.

Help! Appreciate any advice. No, I'm not stupid, I'm doing exactly what the prompts are telling me to do - but it never comes up where I can actually download anything, brings me right back to where you order LW.
