You can't enqueue videos with LW, you'll need to use a different player.
To enqueue songs you need to have LW set to use the LW player. Go to Tools>Options>Player, tick "Use LimeWire Media Player" and click apply.Then go to the library page and and hi-lite the files you want to enqueue and click the "Enqueue" button. The files will show in the playlist window below the library. Use the buttons in the bottom right of the page to play them.
To remove them from the playlist, hi-lite the files in the playlist window and click the "Remove" button. Don't click the "Delete" button or you might accidently delete files from your library.

The differences are subtle. Most of us consider buying Pro as a donation to help fund future developement of LW. The problem is they made the basic version so good that Pro doesn't make a significant difference. I guess they should dumb down the basic version
