CableVision = Optimum Online.
However, they behave differently in different regions/areas of their control. Question is whether you have been affected by their secret anti-p2p policies.

Try this -> Go to LW's Preferences (keyboard shortcut is ⌘ ,) & scroll down to Advanced > Firewalls. Then change the listening port to 64049. Then press apply & OK. Go to File menu & select Disconnect. Wait 2 minutes. Then go back to file menu & choose Connect. See if it connects. If not, go back to Firewall settings & set to manual port forward & change both Port settings to 64049 & repeat process. If still no good, try other port selections between 49152 - 65535

BTW are you sure your OSX firewall is turned off?
