First of all you need to install LW & use it to search for the file you want (this site's just the help forum). Once the results start showing up, you can choose a version of the file that you want & click Download. The user guide's pretty straightforward

Be careful though, there are heaps of fake files & infected files on the network. Before you go too far, just take the time to read these threads. Also check out the sticky threads (in red) through the different forum sections
