The reason why they ask for your SS# is to check your credit. Thats what I was trying to convey. They are not as concerened with your driving record as they should be. They are more concerened with your creditworthyness. If you have bad credit, you will pay a lot higher rate than someone with good credit. Hope I cleared that up.
