I remember a song that starts out, "Lealand Poteet was a flyer. He flew for Her Majesty the Queen." That is all I can remember of it. It is a ballad of a English pilot. I heard it in the early 70's. Does anyone know the song or the Artist. I thought it was Elton John but I can't find any record of the song.
