To answer your question, Yes it is more dangerious than a few years ago, but download what you want and don't share. From what I have seen, this is what will get you in trouble. I still share very cautiously, but not like in the past. I believe that sharing is the way to play the game, hence P2P, but you really have to be careful. My 2 cents, and nice to have you back.
