Hi! JUST NEW TO THIS LW - I PURCHASED VERSION 4.12 & NOW CONNECTION BECOMES WORSE THAN BEFORE I PURCHASE THE PRO VERSION. ( we a have dsl connection)CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED?
