I have read all of the download problems, but none seem to match my problem....I have never had a problem downloading song, but suddenly i am no longer able to do that. I get results when i search and when i click on the song, it appears in the bottom window, preparing to download. It then "freezes" and never moves past "connecting" I have completely turned my firewall off, and it says that my connection is strong. Occasionally it will change from "connecting" to "needs more cources" I even tried the licensing thing, but that did not seem to help me at all. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
