I'm having the same problem... this is what I've found out so far. First the problem is not w/ LimeWire, it is with linux. All you .wav or .mp3 files will play the same (skipping). If you use MM or xmms you will see that your CD's play fine but .wav or mp3's. will not. So far the only answer I have is to upgrade the libmpg123.so to libmpg321.so. I haven't done it yet, but I will post my findings.
