Hi Remoc

I have been doing this it is not working, I bought pro June 07 and used it for 3 weeks now I am really lost and totally fed up. Cant understand why they dont have email address, and ive even checked any old saved emails from them with no luck. I feel badly done by especially when it is so difficult to get their support - what now any idea....Thanks.
