To make WMP your default player, Click your Library tab. Now click Explore, bottom left corner. This will take you to the shared/saved folder.
Now Right click any file. Go to "Open With" . Choose Program. Now click WMP. Put Check in box that says always use this program... and then click OK. That should set WMP as your default player. Hope this helps.
