You know you're posting in the Bearshare area of the forum? You might try reposting in the proper forum, in the future. As for your hard drive space issue, there should have been no need to reinstall Limewire on a new drive. You can specify any drive, even across a LAN (provided it stays connected) to save your downloads to.

From Limewire, go to TOOLS, then open OPTIONS. At the top of the list, click on SAVING, and pick your drive/folder to save your downloads to. There is no need to create an "incomplete" folder - Limewire will do that for you.

If your downloads still aren't happening, then the issue is likely connection related, rather than a hard disk problem.
